Ingredients:

-Fruits: Grapes and Cantaloupe (can be any fruits you choose)
– Oatmeal
– Milk (sterilized* or almond milk)
– 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions:
– Put all ingredients in blender
– Add the oil in the blender
– Blend
– Serve
