Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3 bananas (very ripe)

1 1/2 cupĀ  all-purpose flour

1 egg

3/4 cup sugar (I used brown sugar)

1/3 butter ( I used non-hydrogenated margarine)

1tsp baking soda

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Smash ripe bananas in big bowl with fork
  • Add all other ingredients in the bowl and mix.
  • Use parchment paper to put in baking pan
  • Pour mixed ingredients in the baking pan
  • Add chocolate sprinkles on top
  • Bake for approx. 1 hour

Then Serve

Start your morning with some creamy milkshake!!! Mmmm

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • Almond Shake – Chocolate

Directions:

  • Cut avocado and banana
  • put all pieces in blender (I used Magic Bullet)
  • Pour Chocolate milk in the mix
  • Start mixing
  • Serve

Oatmeal Pancake

Ingredients:

1 cup of oatmeal
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Oil
Carob Molasses (can use maple syrup)

 

Directions:

Mix eggs, salt and oatmeal in bowl
On pan, pour little oil to heat (medium-high)Pour all ingredients in pan
Wait couple minutes, then flip the pancake to the other side
Wait couple minutes
Turn off heat.
Pour carob molasses or any sweetener such as syrup to taste

 

 

Fruit Salad Dessert

Ingredients:

2 x 500ml Sour cream
2x Condensed milk
1 can Fruit Cocktail (optional: in light syrup)
1 tsp almond extract

 

Direction:
In a blender, pour sour cream and condensed milk. Mix.
Pour them in a large bowl.
Extract juice from the fruit cocktail (we do not need the juice)
Pour fruits in the large bowl. Mix it all using a big spoon.
Add the almond extract in the bowl. Mix again.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or lid.
Put the bowl in the fridge, leave the dessert overnight.
The following day, the milk ingredient will be thicker.
Ready to serve.

 

 

 

 

 

Banana Pancake

*You will need a non-stick pan for this recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of almond milk (vanilla- sweetened)
2 bananas
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Pour all ingredients in a bowl
Mix them all together
Turn up heat medium high
Pour mixed ingredients in non-stick pan
Flip the pancake when turning brown

Ready to be served

 

 

 

Ingredients:
– Buckwheat
-Quinoa
– Corn meal
– Sea Salt
-Water
– Milk

Directions:
– Wash all grains in bowl before pouring them in pot.
– Heat Pot
– Add 1/4 water in it
– Pour all grains together in pot
– Let them cook
– Add Sea salt and stir meal with spoon
– Let it cook till ready (up to 20 minutes)
– Serve meal

– Don’t forget to eat your fruits before your meal!
