Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Oil
Carob Molasses (can use maple syrup)
Directions:
Mix eggs, salt and oatmeal in bowl
On pan, pour little oil to heat (medium-high)Pour all ingredients in pan
Wait couple minutes, then flip the pancake to the other side
Wait couple minutes
Turn off heat.
Pour carob molasses or any sweetener such as syrup to taste
Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
1/2 medium onion, sliced
ThymePinch of salt
Directions
In a small pot,boil water to high temperature
Add salt
Add slices of bread
Add thyme
Add onion
Boil for around 10 minutes.
1 serving.
*You will need a non-stick pan for this recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of almond milk (vanilla- sweetened)
2 bananas
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Pour all ingredients in a bowl
Mix them all together
Turn up heat medium high
Pour mixed ingredients in non-stick pan
Flip the pancake when turning brown
Ready to be served
Ingredients:
– wheat pasta
– 1 zucchini
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 onion
– 1 tbs olive oil
– little sea salt
– 1 tsp honey
– basil
– 1-2 tbs tomato paste
Directions:
– In a pot, boil water (for pasta)
– Add pasta and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile…
– cut all pieces ( zucchini, onion, garlic)
– In a pan, add all pieces. add tomato paste, sea salt, basil. Mix ingredients.
– Cook for 10 minutes in medium- high heat.
– After 10 minutes, turn off heat.
– Add little olive oil and honey.
– Mix all
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Parsley seasonings
– Basil seasonings
– Less than 1 tsp of salt
Directions:
– Boil water in a pot
– Meanwhile, mix all ingredienrs together in a big bowl
– Add little water in the mix
– Make doughs, any shape you want will all…can add water in the bowl if needed
– Put doughs in the boiled water
– Boil it for not more than 30 minutes
– Take out dough from the water and let them cool on a plate.
Then serve.
Ingredients:
– quinoa
– corn
– beans of your choice
– 1/2 of onion
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tomatoes or any amount you want
-cilantro leaves
– sea salt
– olive oil
Directions:
– In a small pot, boil beans till they can be easily squeezed. (can take more than an hour)
– In a separate pot, put the rest of ingredients, to cook, for approx. 15 minutes, in medium heat.
– After turning off heat. Mix beans (nicely boiled), and other ingredients in a bowl to mix them all at once.
– Add little oil* in the mix, then serve

– fruits chosen: Grapes
– little sugar
Direction:
-Bring water into a boil
-Add Sugar
– Add desired fruits.

Directions:
– In pot, add all vegetables
– Heat pot, add little water
– add salt
– then, pour milk in the mix
-let it heat for a while
– Check to see if the vegetable stew is well cooked before turning off the heat.
For pasta:
– Boil water
– Add pasta and let it boil for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Serve
Ingredients:
– whole wheat pasta
– yellow peas
– green peas
– sour cream
– salt
Directions:
– boil peas, add salt
– boil pasta, add salt
– after boiling pasta, turn off heat and add sour cream (approx. 1-2 tbs)
For salad
– sweet potatoes (boiled)
– purple cabbage
– spinach
Dressing: olive oil, salt, lime.
