Start your morning with some creamy milkshake!!! Mmmm

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • Almond Shake – Chocolate

Directions:

  • Cut avocado and banana
  • put all pieces in blender (I used Magic Bullet)
  • Pour Chocolate milk in the mix
  • Start mixing
  • Serve

Oatmeal Shake

-Fruits: Grapes and Cantaloupe (can be any fruits you choose)
– Oatmeal
– Milk (sterilized* or almond milk)
– 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions:
– Put all ingredients in blender
– Add the oil in the blender
– Blend
– Serve

Tomato-Carrot Shake

Ingredients:

– 1Tomato
– 1 Carrot
– Milk

Blend all ingredients and serve!

Breakfast: Raw Oatmeal

Ingredients:

– Milk
– 1 Egg
– Oatmeal
– 1 Banana
– Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:
-Blend milk and egg for less than minute
– Pour the mix in a bowl
– Add uncooked Oatmeal in bowl
-Mix ingredient with a spoon
– Cut banana and add pieces on top of the mixed ingredients.
– Serve.

Banana Smoothie

Raw Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 1 Banana
– 1 Raw Egg
– Milk.

Blend all ingredients in food processor/blender, then serve.

Gives that sweet natural taste! Enjoy 🙂

– Sprouted Barley
– Pumpkin Seeds
– Margarine non-hydrogenated
– Sea Salt

Directions
– Mix barley and pumpkin seeds
– Add margarine
– Add Sea salt.
-Mix all together before serving

Sprouted Millet Meal

Ingredients:
– Sprouted Millet
– Almond nuts
– Pumpkin Seeds
– Onion
– 1 Clove of Garlic
– Sea Salt.

Direction
Mix all together

 

Sprouted Quinoa meal

Sprouted Quinoa meal

Ingredients:

Sprouted quinoa
Spinach
1 big Carrot chopped
sesame seeds
1 clove garlic
Chopped pieces of onions
Sea salt.

In food processor:

1. Blend spinach, onion, garlic and sea salt.
2. Then add carrot in food processor, blend again.
3. after blending, pour the mix into a big bowl.
4. Add sprouted quinoa in the same bowl and mix all ingredients all together with a spoon.
5. serve the meal on plate and add 1 tablespoon od sesame seeds, to sprinkle on top of the meal.

Voilà!

Quinoa Soup

Ingredients:

– Sprouted quinoa
– Tomatoes sauce (tomatoes and mushrooms blended with sea salt)
– spinach, sunflower seeds blended, with sea salt

Direction:
mix quinoa and tomato sauce in a bowl, and add spinach mix on top of the quinoa and sauce to serve.
